La música siempre ha sido una parte fundamental de mi vida. En mis momentos más oscuros, fue una de las pocas cosas que me impulsaron a seguir adelante. Mi trayectoria musical comenzó cuando tenía unos once años, cuando un amigo me convenció de unirme a la orquesta de mi escuela secundaria. Me regalaron un violín con cuerdas de viola y, durante tres años, toqué en conciertos escolares. Fue la primera vez que me sentí parte de algo. Cuando empecé la preparatoria, volví a la orquesta. Pero esta vez, la experiencia fue diferente. Pasé del primer violín al tercero, y enseguida me di cuenta de que no me hacía tan feliz como pensaba. Mi parte parecía insignificante, como si no aportara nada. Se convirtió en un recordatorio más de que no era nada. En segundo año, me pasé al piano.
